What we can't help with

AltsGo is not part of OKX and has no access to any OKX account. We can't reset passwords, unlock accounts, speed up identity verification, check referral status or recover funds. For anything about your own account, use OKX's official customer support in the OKX Support Center.

Please don't send passwords, verification codes, seed phrases, private keys, ID documents or screenshots of your account. Nobody legitimate needs them by email.
